Is teletext available ?
Yes, teletext information of different channels is available on the netBox. You must press the TXT button on the remote control to access the teletext from the netBox.
How do I stop the recordings that are currently running ?
To stop recording, select the channel you want to stop recording, press the [REC] button and press the [REC] button once again as shown on the screen.
If you do not stop it manually, recording stops automatically at the end of the scheduled recording time. It is not possible to record two programmes in parallel, but it is possible to watch a different programme to the one you are recording.
How can I watch the programmes I have recorded?
You will find the programmes you have saved by pressing the [MENU] button, then [My TV recordings].
How do I select the language on the multi-language channels ?
You can easily change the broadcast language of a multi-language channel on the netBox. As soon as you see the channel, you need to press the OK button on your TV remote control and then press the down arrow once. Then you can browse through the available languages using the left and right arrows. Press OK to select your language.
What does "replay TV" mean ?
The replay function allows you to watch the most popular TV programmes from the day after they air until up to a month later. These programmes are stored on external servers. To access replay TV, just select channel 900 on your netBox.
What does "start over" mean ?
The start over function allows you to go back in time to resume watching the current programme from the beginning. To access the start over, just press the yellow button on the netBox remote while watching one of the channels listed for this function. The feature will be available shortly.

Who owns the netBox?
The netBox is owned by your cable TV company. The rental fee is included in your monthly subscription.
What is the added value of netBox compared to traditional TV ?
The netBox offers many advantages over traditional cable television. It has a multitude of features and user-friendly functions such as the Live Pause function, recording programmes, movie rentals, access to additional channels, parental control, access to a programme guide etc.. ..
The basic package called 'Premium' is made up of nearly 150 TV channels, including about 70 in French. These channels have been included in a distribution agreement with the rights holders.
Is the speed of my Internet connection affected if I surf the Internet whilst watching TV?
The technical network allows simultaneous use of TV and Internet on the same telecommunication link in accordance with defined specifications. In rare cases, the simultaneous use of Internet services and netBox may affect the performance of the Internet connection to ensure consistant transmission quality for the NetBox's service.
I have several TV sets at home. Can I connect all of them to the netBox ?
To connect several television sets, you need to have one netBox for each TV.
From May 2012, it is possible to have a maximum of 2 netBox's per subscription.

My netBox does not connect to the Internet properly; I cannot access the following services: TV premium channels, VOD, Replay TV, TV guide.
All these features require a working Internet connection recognized by netBox. To verify that your Internet connection is recognised correctly, just perform the following steps:
1) Press the 0 or Menu button on the remote control to access the main netBox menu
2) Using the arrow keys, select Settings and Diagnostics, then press the OK button on the remote
3) Repeatedly press the right arrow button on the remote until you reach the Network Connection menu.
4) With the arrow keys on the remote control, select Network Settings and press the OK button on the remote. Using the arrow keys on the remote control, select Auto, then press the OK button on the remote control. The netBox will then search for your Internet connection. This may take a few moments. When the Internet connection is detected, the inscription connected by ethernet cable will appear at the bottom of your screen.
If the Internet connection is not detected, make sure your Internet connection is operational on your modem and that you are properly connected.

What is the recording fee on the bill ?
A registration fee (0.13ct/month) is charged for all TRN subscriptions including the netBox. This mandatory fee applies to all multimedia devices including storage space for audio and video recordings. The collection of the tax is made by SUISSIMAGE, Swiss Cooperative for the rights of authors of audiovisual work.
