Yes, at your request, we will change your subscription and make the speed change. Administrative fees of CHF 100.- for this operation will be charged.
Is it possible to have access to Internet without having cable TV?
To get Internet via cable, you must be subscribed to TRN cable TV. If you do not own a television set, you are not required to pay fees to Billag.
What if I want a wireless connection?
You must be equipped with a Wi-Fi router for cable that you plug directly into our modem.
What is a fixed IP?
A fixed IP is an IP address that does not change in value with each connection. It is interesting for users that would like to be able to propose an internet service (web server for example) on their Internet connection. They can then supply one fixed address for their internetserver.
Is it possible to connect with several computers at once?
