Web management interface

For each client, we open an access to the Web interface of our VoiceIP platform. We provide a login / password for each service user to manage incoming calls, to access the call log and the telephone directory.

This web interface is now fully integrated in your Kiosk VTX customer area.

Answering machine / messages

This is the classic feature of viewing your messages from your phone, but it is also available via any Internet interface.

Message display : Your phone or your IP soft phone will notify you of messages by a flashing light on your answering machine.

Answering machine access : You can access your voice mail from any phone by dialing 086 . Access to your answering machine is protected by a 4-digit code.

Notification by E-mail or SMS text message : as soon as you receive a message, an E-mail notification will be sent to you. You receive a message indicating the caller’s number as well as the attached voice message (in Wave format). There is no limit to the number of messages you can receive per day or their length.

You can also set up your answering machine to send an SMS notification upon reception of each new message.

Fax et alarm system

At the current time, faxes service not supported. To install an alarm system, an analogical line is usually required. You will need to check the conditions with the provider of your alarm system.
